Position Overview: Employees in positions allocated to this series provide support to the processing and production operations of the site. Manage the operations and maintenance of production equipment. Supervise and insure the safety of the human resources of the departments. Manage costs, quality, waste and on time delivery. Responsibilities: - Safely manages a medium (~10,000 MT/yr) to large (~20,000 MT/yr) manufacturing operation and/or operations with moderate complexity and process technology, including the production, manufacturing engineering and warehouse functions.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position manages all analytical laboratory activity for the facility located in Central Arkansas.
