Market Development Manager – Substrate Responsible for developing, maintaining and managing substrate supply network. Responsible to position and market the company as a “Preferred Provider of Digester Solutions “ in North America (NA). Work with Substrate Sourcing and Logistics Team to ensure substrate is provided to all production sites in sufficient quantity, below budget so Renewable Natural Gas (RNGTM) production is not curtailed or interrupted. The Mechanical Engineer performs all tasks assigned by the Project Manager. They are responsible for: all activities for the various projects that have been assigned to him/her based on the scope of the project involving design, drawings, specifications, schedule, and costs. Performs engineering assignments as part of a project team involved in the planning, organizing and development of complicated projects. May be assigned as Project Lead Mechanical and supervise other project engineers and technicians Essential Job Functions - To understand the scope of assigned tasks required to complete assigned projects.
- Attend project kickoff meetings as directed by the Project Manager. Communicate any problems to the Project Manager.
- Consults with subcontractors, client’s representatives, or government authorities as required to provide/secure information and/or resolve problems.
- To finish assignments within the budgeted project hours.
- Responsible for identifying any changes in conditions that will require a change in the scope of the work and notifying the Project Manager of the condition before it takes place.
- Responsible for completing change orders and all paperwork required to ensure the ability to invoice the client properly in format directed by Project Manager.
- Perform calculations and field measurements as required. Do take off of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Specify and size equipment and coordinate with Vendors to ensure equipment meets project and performance requirements.

- Experience in designing and specifying process tanks and vessels, heat exchanger sizing and specifications, develop PFD and P&ID diagrams, size and specify scrubber, understanding of IMC, UMC, Plumbing, and ASME codes. Required.
- Understanding of EPA air emission and water discharge regulations, process bottleneck analysis, equipment and building cost estimating desired.
- Significant experience in calculations and spec writing.
